What are the Friend 2 Friend programs?
F2F has developed and provides autism demystification/educational
programs for children (ages 3-18) and training seminars for parents

What does the program cost?
Friend 2 Friend Social Learning Society is a non-government funded
non-profit charity. Fees are based on 1/3 the actual cost of delivering
the programs. Friend 2 Friend grant writes and fundraises for
the remainder of funds required in the delivery of all programs
offered by F2F within BC.
Where and when do presentations take place?
F2F presenters visit schools and community groups to provide the
F2F programs. Presentation days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday,
during school hours.
How long does a presentation take?
A presentation will take approximately 45 - 60 minutes depending
on the age of the children.
How many children can take part in a presentation?
Puppet Presentations: 1 - 2 classes, a maximum of 50 children.
Simulation Game Presentations: 2 - 3 classes, a maximum of 75
children.
How many presentations can you do in one day?
We can present up to a total of 5 presentations in a normal school
day.
What does the school/group need to supply?
We require a quiet and empty room to set up and have the classes
come to us at the scheduled times. We bring all other equipment
and materials. Nothing else is required from the school/group.
Who may request a F2F visit?
Any organization interested in or actively supporting children
with special needs in an inclusive community setting.
Who developed the F2F programs?
The F2F programs were designed and developed by Heather McCracken,
