Friend 2 Friend Play Centre

programs combine the award-winning Integrated Play Groups®, Friend 2 Friend Autism Demystification® and SCERTS® models. The programs focus on the development of the social, communication, emotional regulation and peer play competencies of all the children participating in the programs.

The Play Centres programs provide individuals with autism (novice players), their peers (expert players) and their families with evidence-based, peer play intervention programs. Unlike most programs for children with autism that focus on adult-directed remediation of social skill deficits. The Play Centre programs are child-led with a focus on guiding the learning and development of novice and expert players while participating in mutually engaging social play experiences.

The Play Centre programs bring children with unique social needs together with their peers in the true spirit of play and friendships.

All programs take place at our Play Centre located at 336 Columbia Street, New Westminster BC.
