Friend 2 Friend Social Learning Society offers a variety of seminars, conferences and workshop opportunities for parents and professional supporting individuals on the autism spectrum. All seminars listed below can be modified to fit the needs of the hosting organization.

Creating A Culture of Inclusion - Friend 2 Friend Model
This seminar can be adjusted from 90 minutes to 2.5 hours (as needed) and is designed to introduce parents and professionals to the F2F Demystification Model and programs. Presented by Heather McCracken, Joanne McCartney or Monique Hoekstra.
The Autism Code: Designing Meaningful and Measurable Peer Socialization Programs for Individuals on the Autism Spectrum
The purpose of this full-day session is to illustrate the principles and practices of the Friend 2 Friend model. Participants will learn the importance of friendships for children with autism, and receive practical tips and suggestions on supporting children to build mutual friendships and establishing inclusive classrooms and community environments. Using video, overheads, stories and personal experiences, we will illustrate how to promote acceptance, understanding, friendships and play skills between children on the autism spectrum and their typically developing peers and siblings. Fostering Peer Play and Friendship for Individuals on the Autism Spectrum: Blending the Integrated Play Group and Friend 2 Friend Models
The Integrated Play Groups (IPG) and Friend 2 Friend (F2F) models come together in this two-day seminar to address the unique social, play and friendship needs of children with autism spectrum and related disorders. These complementary models draw on best practices to support children on the autism spectrum develop to the best of their ability through play and socialization with their peer groups. Presented by Pamela Wolfberg and Heather McCracken.
