BC Communities Capacity Program is a professional development program offered to British Columbia schools, school districts and not for profit organizations.

A “train the trainer”  program providing participants with the knowledge, tools, techniques and downloadable materials to implement the Friend 2 Friend Autism Demystification program curriculum with children ages 3 through 11 in their local schools and inclusive community settings.

Seminars and TrainingOnline Course

Not for profit organizations/school districts may participate in our self-directed Autism Demystification® online course. A maximum of 5 participants from a single organization may participate in the online course free of charge. Over 5 participants, $50 per person. Each participates will receive access to the online course, download materials for implementing the curriculum, certificate of participation.

Hosting a Live Seminar

Organization/school districts may choose to host a large live training seminar session in their community. A minimum of 75 participants is required to book this seminar live (fees apply). Hosting organization are responsible for organizing the venue, registration of participants, refreshments etc.  The hosting organization is also responsible for all travelling expenses. For more information regarding the fees for this seminar please contact our office.

All Autism Demystification programs follow our award-winning Friend 2 Friend Autism Demystification®. The Autism Demystification programs are inclusive peer play and friendship programs. Our programs focus on the development of the social, communication, emotional regulation and peer play competencies of all the children participating in these specialized programs.
